I'm Jenny Dipasupil, LMT, a licensed massage therapist with over 17 years of experience helping clients find lasting pain relief.
I specialize in treating neck and shoulder tension with a holistic and client-centered approach.
That means, we're not just kneading away knots! We're looking at posture, what's going on with your hips and jaw, and developing self-care practices for your nervous system.

Chronic pain doesn't have to be your norm. Let me help you find relief. I customize your 60 minute session to meet YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS. I assess efficiently and treat effectively. Sessions are $140 for the hour which includes a full consultation and mindful bodywork at a beautiful healing studio in Falls Church, VA.
THE BEST TRAINING
My training highlights feature advanced massage therapy and manual therapy techniques such as: Neuromuscular Therapy with Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes, PT and CranioSacral Therapy with Upledger Institute.
EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
I began my bodywork career in 2007 in day spa settings and developed my skill sets at therapeutic massage centers and clinical practices such as Teal Center, Simply Therapeutic (my first clinical practice), Capital Integrative Health, chiropractic offices, and Alexandria Myotherapy where you can still book a session with me.
REGULATION TOOLS I ADORE
My self-care practices include energy healing, meditation, and mindfulness. City walking is a fave stress reliever. Food and books are my lifesavers.
WHAT SUSTAINS ME
I also love road trips, playing in nature, exploring dance, writing, making art, supporting fellow entrepreneurs and creatives, and living in Arlington, VA with my partner, Aaron. Being a mom is my greatest joy (and most rewarding challenge).

For many people who are highly sensitive or experience constant worry, this restored adaptability makes life so much more fun and enjoyable!
When you're able to intentionally tap into states of calm (i.e., being present and aware), you grow your capacity for holding stress without getting overwhelmed and anxious.
This allows you to relearn how to feel safe in relationships even when sh*t hits the fan. I know, avoidance seems easier, but running away gets exhausting and is so unfulfilling. Let me show you how things can be different.
